We're building the data infrastructure and agent orchestration layer for AI-native B2B marketing teams. Tools like ChatGPT and Claude generate text, but they don't know your customers, your past work, or what your teammate tried yesterday – so every prompt starts from scratch and everyone gets different answers.
Amdahl's ML-based data pipeline unifies a business's data across their go-to-market technology stack (call notetakers, support tickets, CRM), where our agent orchestration layer runs workflows to produce high-performing campaigns. Amdahl gives 10–100 person teams a shared, durable source of truth that turns raw data into insights, messaging, and content.
We're looking for a founding member to own large parts of our technical platform. You'll work across our multi-agent orchestration engine, data infrastructure, and product surfaces—taking hard problems from "how might this work?" to production-grade systems serving real customers.
This is a high-agency role. You'll define architectures, not just implement them. You'll debug gnarly distributed systems issues at 2am when something breaks. You'll push back on product ideas that don't make technical sense and propose better alternatives. You'll ship fast, learn from what breaks, and iterate.
Our codebase includes a multi-phase agent orchestration system with 16+ coordinated agents, async job queues with checkpointing and recovery, real-time streaming, and a knowledge graph built on BigQuery. There's no playbook for what we're building—you'll help write it.
